Account & Registration

Head to luck33.im/register and fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and a password. After submitting the form, you'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your mobile. Enter it to verify your number and your account will be active immediately. The whole process takes about two minutes.

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts violate Luck33's Terms and Conditions and will be closed, with any bonus funds forfeited. If you have difficulty accessing your existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your mobile number and email from there. For security reasons, changes to your primary contact details require OTP verification on the existing registered number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our support team.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. We'll send you a reset code. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you're still locked out, email us at support@luck33.im with your account details.

Luck33 may request identity verification at certain stages – for example before processing larger withdrawals or if there is a security concern on an account. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport. This is a standard industry practice to confirm you are who you say you are and to comply with our age verification (18+) policy.

Contact our support team via live chat or email at support@luck33.im and request account closure. Ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance before requesting closure. Alternatively, if you want to take a break rather than close permanently, consider using the self-exclusion or cool-off tools instead.

Deposits & Payments

Luck33 accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR. Log in, go to the Cashier section and select your preferred method.

The minimum deposit at Luck33 is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. There is no upper limit on deposits, though very large deposits may require additional verification.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. If your deposit is not showing after the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, check that the details you entered are correct – especially your account number for IBFT or the mobile number for Easypaisa/JazzCash. Make sure your wallet or bank account has sufficient funds. If the transaction still fails, try a different payment method. If money left your account but did not credit to Luck33, contact support immediately with your bank or wallet transaction reference so we can investigate.

Yes. All financial transactions on Luck33 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We work with reputable payment processors and do not store your full card details on our servers. Your money is held securely and can be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer etc.), enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the payment method registered on your account. You must have a verified account before requesting a withdrawal.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal business hours. Bank transfers via IBFT usually take 2–4 hours but can take up to one business day. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

The minimum withdrawal at Luck33 is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum limit on standard withdrawals, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches and may require additional account verification.

Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, a pending account verification, mismatched payment details or insufficient real-money balance (as opposed to bonus balance). You'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Contact support if the reason is not clear.

No. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each bonus's terms. You can track your wagering progress from the Bonuses section in your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is automatically applied to your account when you make your first qualifying deposit as a new Luck33 member. You don't need to enter a code unless you have a specific promo code. The current offer and its terms are shown during the registration process at luck33.im/register.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover) mean you need to bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Not all game types contribute equally – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus terms for details.

During registration, there is a "Promo Code" field on the sign-up form. Enter your code there before completing registration. Each code is linked to a specific offer. Only one promo code can be applied per account. If you miss the field during registration, contact support – they may be able to apply the code to your account manually, subject to eligibility.

Yes. Luck33 regularly runs reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions for existing members. These are visible in the Promotions section of your account dashboard after logging in. Promotions are updated frequently so it's worth checking every time you log in.

Cricket, PSL & Sports Betting

Log in to your account, navigate to the sport you want (e.g. PSL Betting or Football Betting), select a match and click on the odds for the outcome you want to back. This adds it to your betslip. Enter your stake in PKR and confirm the bet. Your balance will update immediately.

Luck33 displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake by the odds. For example, a stake of Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 would return Rs 2,500 (including your stake) if the bet wins. You can read more on the Betting Odds page. To change the odds format, go to your account settings.

Yes. Luck33 offers live in-play betting on cricket, PSL and a range of other sports. Once a match starts, live markets appear with odds that update in real time based on what is happening in the game. You can also track live cricket scores directly within the platform while your bets are active.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Luck33 offers a cash-out feature on selected markets, which allows you to settle a bet early for a guaranteed return before the event ends. Check the My Bets section to see if cash-out is available for your active bets.

Most bets are settled automatically within minutes of the final result being confirmed. For cricket matches that finish late at night, settlement may occur the following morning. Winnings are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement. If a bet remains unsettled for more than 24 hours after the event, contact support.

Luck33 uses OTP (one-time PIN) verification via SMS for suspicious logins – for example when you log in from a new device or location for the first time. This acts as a second layer of security. We recommend always keeping your registered mobile number up to date so you can always receive these verification codes.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gaming section. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from there. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases have a 24-hour delay to prevent impulsive decisions.

You can request a self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings, or by contacting our support team. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.
