These terms govern your use of the Luck33 platform. Please take a few minutes to read through them before you start playing. They're written in plain language so you actually understand what you're agreeing to.

The full terms are below, but here's a quick summary of the most important points for Luck33 members.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Luck33. Age verification is mandatory and accounts found to be underage will be closed immediately.
Each person may hold only one Luck33 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in all bonuses being forfeited and accounts being suspended.
All bonuses at Luck33 come with wagering requirements. The specific conditions for each promotion are detailed in the promotion terms. Read them before opting in.
All funds at Luck33 are held in Pakistani Rupees. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your deposit wherever possible. No foreign currency fees apply.
Keep your Luck33 login credentials private. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Luck33 provides deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time. Use them – they are there for your benefit.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and Luck33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). The Terms apply to all use of the Luck33 website, mobile interface and any related services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the Luck33 platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with Luck33.
We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2025.
To register and use the Luck33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Luck33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Access to deposit, withdrawal and bonus features may be suspended until verification is complete. This process is standard and applies to all members equally.
When you register with Luck33, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must not use a false name, a name belonging to someone else, or a fictitious identity when creating your account.
One account per person is strictly enforced. You may only hold a single registered account with Luck33. Opening multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or device profiles – is prohibited. If we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all but one account and forfeit any bonuses or winnings associated with the additional accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Luck33 will never ask you for your password in any communication. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@luck33.im.
You must keep your contact details up to date. An out-of-date mobile number or email address can delay important communications including verification requests and withdrawal confirmations.
Luck33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
All deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Luck33 does not accept deposits from third parties. If we detect that a deposit originated from a payment method not registered in the name of the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though Luck33 may apply individual limits based on account verification status or responsible gaming settings applied by the member. Deposits are typically credited instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash and NayaPay, and within 1–2 hours for bank transfers.
Luck33 does not charge any fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure applied across all payment platforms, including Luck33.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals requested before 10:00 PM PKT are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to 2 working days depending on your bank.
Before processing any withdrawal, Luck33 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. This is a one-time requirement for most members and is required to comply with our anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Luck33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.
Luck33 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific conditions in addition to these general Terms.
Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following default conditions apply to all Luck33 bonuses:
If there is any dispute regarding the interpretation of promotion terms, the decision of Luck33 management is final, though members always have the right to raise a formal complaint through the support team.
All sports bets placed on Luck33 are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a bet.
Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the Luck33 system and a bet ID is generated. Any technical issues – including but not limited to connection loss, browser crash or app failure – that occur before confirmation are not the responsibility of Luck33, and bets that were not confirmed will not be honoured.
Luck33 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Accumulator bets containing one voided selection will have that selection removed and the remaining selections settled at updated combined odds. A single-event bet that is voided will result in the stake being returned to the member's account.
In-play (live) betting at Luck33 is subject to additional latency between real-world events and the platform's odds updates. All in-play bets are accepted on the understanding that a brief delay exists. Luck33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
All casino games available on Luck33 – including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and virtual table games – use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing processes provided by licensed third-party game studios. Luck33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game providers and are available in the game information sections. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session.
Technical malfunctions during a casino game session, including server errors, disconnections or game freezes, may result in the game being voided and the stake returned. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the game provider's server logs are the authoritative record.
Progressive jackpots displayed on Luck33 are seeded and funded by game providers. Jackpot wins are paid by the game provider and credited to your Luck33 account balance in PKR at the current exchange rate where applicable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Luck33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds:
Luck33 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is conducted. Members will be notified of investigations and given the opportunity to provide an explanation.

Luck33 will never market to a player who is registered under self-exclusion and will not attempt to reverse a self-exclusion request.
Luck33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
If your account is closed by Luck33 due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money funds not linked to bonus abuse will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable investigation period.
Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact the Luck33 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
Luck33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at luck33.im/privacy-policy.
We take the security of your personal and financial data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and Luck33 servers is protected by SSL encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors and identity verification services strictly for the purpose of operating your account.
Luck33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components, though we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luck33 shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits Luck33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
Luck33 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will always carry a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Luck33 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
